April is an approximately 1 year old, female, spayed German shepherd and Labrador retriever mix. She was originally a stray puppy in a neighboring county. She got adopted, but came into our shelter as a stray a few months later. When she came in, she was very thin, and had very little energy. She has since gained her weight back, and is full of normal puppy energy. She loves to play with the other dogs and chase her ball or a stick. She also loves all people, including kids. She is good with cats, and is house trained. She is also crate trained, walks on leash, sits, stays, and comes on command. Despite all that she has been through, April has a wonderful, loving personality. She is fully vaccinated, spayed, heartworm negative, on heartworm prevention, and microchipped.
